What makes a great website?
A great website is one that meets your business objectives while helping improve your companies bottom line. Just having a website is no longer good enough. Your website should be the best employee you have, tirelessly promoting your brand to the world 24/7/365. Having a great website doesn't cost, it pays!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
A website project is a partnership between the website developer (me) and the client (you). The process begins with an initial consultation, to discuss your business in more detail and what you hope the website will help you achieve. This is a chance for me to listen and learn more about you and your business. After I have a better understanding, I can offer ideas on how a website can help meet your business objectives. Before, during and even after the project is complete, I'm always here to help and advise you on how to get the most from your website.
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about my work as a website developer. Almost on a daily basis I remind myself how lucky I am to be doing something that I really enjoy. If my job wasn't developing websites, I would still be doing it in my spare time for free. Technology isn't just my work, it's my passion! Equally as exciting to me is seeing how the work I do for my clients helps improve their business and get ahead of the competition.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I built my first website in 1998 for a neighbor who was starting a new business. It was a success, so much that it helped his business grow to the point where I have built his next three websites as well! But from that initial job came multiple requests from other companies, asking if I could develop a website for them that would help their business grow. And as I learned, I really like this work and enjoy helping businesses reach their goals. And as they say, the rest is history.

In today's business climate your website is far to important to trust with just anyone. Building a website (poorly) isn't terribly difficult. A lot of people say they can do it, but far fewer are able to meet the unique requirements and objectives of your business is much more difficult. With over 16 years experience I am well versed in all the latest methods and technologies, but most importantly understand that a successful end result is dependent on the ability to implement these technologies into an effective working solution.
