What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

Does the website require any special functionality i.e. a booking system, click and collect etc

Do you have a deadline or timescale you are working towards?
Describe your creative process.
From the moment we first speak and get an understanding of the project/brief our brains will already be thinking about the direction we could take the project/website. Our brains work slightly differently from most - we are creative and being creative is what we do! After sketching out some initial ideas we would generally begin the design work/website using our graphic design applications or CMS. We would then contact you to arrange a meeting in person or via a call to show you the direction of the creative work we have produced, so far. Once we have then refined the design after our interactions we should be in a position to get final sign off from you.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
In an ideal world, we would ask for your logo in an editable format and any branding you have, along with any pictures and copy/text.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing a great website we have designed working online and generating sales, revenue and traffic for our customers!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It's a story as old as time and I am sure you have heard in many times before so I will not bore you, it is the reason most of us decide to leave the security of employment and go it on our own.
