A great website clearly communicates your brand value to the end user. The result of which would drive your customer to a desired action...be it a purchase, download, social media follow, etc., it all depends on your goals. However, it all starts with a clear communication and understanding of your meaning and value.

What is your business goal / what are you really trying to accomplish?

What would success look like to you at the end of this project?

We call our creative process 'consumer-first', meaning that we look at your brand/business the way that consumers would see it. The goal is to see the world as your customers sees it. This may mean going in-store, deep dive in the digital space, interviewing customers, etc.. whatever makes sense for your business.

The Pivot team then collaborates and typically designers will each take a creative territory they explore. This provides multiple concepts and broad creative thinking then just getting designs from one person.

We review, refine, review, refine. Until we get it to place where we can narrow down the top concepts for the client for an initial review.

It's important that we connect and understand with the client. Great creative doesn't come from emailing and assignment and spitting creative out the other end. The greater we can understand your business and your goals, the greater the output.

We love, love, love, developing creative solutions that resonates with the consumer. It's a great challenge to connect a brand with a person, but when it happens well, consumers are happy and so are you!

I led brands for larger food companies for almost two decades. I worked with probably 50 agencies over that span and I found that while many could be creative, almost all had trouble connecting the creative to the business goal. Since most agencies are simply made up of creatives, the reason WHY we need creative is to drive business. I wanted to create an agency that better understood that the role of design and creative is to grow a business. That's why I launched Pivot.
