Q&As

Helping business owners, CEOs and other executives succeed; whether success is defined as money in their pocket, shareholder value or enterprise value. It's an amazing feeling when the ideas we create together start turning into happy customers who buy early and often.

I've spent my entire career working with entrepreneurs and people who know how to inspire growth in both people and their company. I decided almost 20 years ago to put my money where my mouth was and start my own consultancy. I've never looked back.

I've been doing what I love for almost 35 years for companies ranging from small to very large. Whatever you're experiencing or encountering, chances are I've "been there, done that". Being a recovering CPA(inactive), I speak fluent finance and accounting. However, I'm also fluent in marketing, sales, product development, manufacturing & operations, distribution & warehousing, customer service, warranty/repair . . . to name just a few.

Services

Business cannot survive without applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The right application, configured and setup appropriately, is critical to your success.

You can't automate something, unless you know how it's done. Business process documentation describes the work steps necessary to accomplish a specific task (e.g., taking a customer order) in your business. Without process documentation, it's very difficult (if not impossible) to implement a business application that is naturally a part of your business rather than a barrier to its success.

You'll need to properly prioritize, organize and sequence the work that will allow you to be successful. Project management does that. I use project management techniques on everything that I do.
