I've worked with several trainers over the years and can personally attest, Ryan is the best! In addition to providing me his all-around knowledge of fitness - lean strength, endurance, cardio, healthy eating and lifestyle - his positive attitude inspires me to be the best I can be. His workouts constantly change so it's fresh every time. You know he genuinely cares, loves his work, and is invested in helping you reach your goals and potential. None other Ryan would have been able to motivate me to run a half-marathon or work out at 5:30am! Thanks to his genuinely caring personality and coaching I was able to improve my fitness more than I ever imagined. I have had the good fortune of being in Ryan's am bootcamp class for the past 3 years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan, both as a trainer and as a human being. He is highly professional and knowledgeable, and has the ability to meet each individual where they are with respect to their fitness goals. After many years of inactivity due to a number of injuries, I joined Ryan's morning boot-camp for personal training. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up and afraid of re- injuring myself. Ryan's extensive knowledge and understanding moved me from a " couch potato" to a 5K runner in a matter of months. I can't begin to express my appreciation for Ryan both as a fitness professional and as a person. With Ryan's encouragement I saw weekly improvements, gaining strength and endurance. I love this boot camp! Just finished my first month and feeling stronger, stamina has improved and feeling more in shape. Ryan is a great trainer, always offers progressions and alternatives to exercises while pushing and supporting . It's fun to work out with a great group of women as well. If you are fed up with trying to lose weight on your own and if you are the type of person who likes to get great value for your money,  stop what you are doing right now and contact Ryan Harris to set up a fitness training consultation.    Ryan's NASM certification means he has acquired the knowledge and the skill to tailor an approach to address your specific fitness needs in both exercise and nutrition.  Ryan conducts himself in a professional manner, has an engaging personality, and a great sense of humor.  He's 100% focused on you during sessions and is able to motivate without being overbearing.   He will constantly exceed your expectations for a fitness trainer because he genuinely cares about your well-being and he honestly wants you to succeed.  When the training session is over,  he's still thinking about you.  Expect emails or texts between sessions to keep you on track.How do I know all of this?  Last November,  I weighed 300 lbs and was lost trying to lose weight on my own.   I started with Ryan and a year later I am at 235 lbs and continuing to lose weight.  I couldn't have done it without him.  More importantly,  Ryan has taught me how to make permanent lifestyle changes that will ensure I won't put the weight back on.  I have a new perspective on healthy living thanks to Ryan. When I moved to Pittsburgh, it took some time to find a gym or fitness routine that kept me engaged. Thankfully I found this bootcamp 4 months ago and haven't looked back! The workouts are always varied and challenging, and the time seems to fly. Ryan is a great trainer that is able to adapt the workouts to varying degrees of intensity and the group is very supportive and welcoming! It's also a great value! More...

Ryan is a very effective trainer. He constantly motivates and challenges our bootcamp group. He is very thoughtful in his training program making sure that he provides a great variety of core and cardio workouts each day of the week. I've become much stronger and flexible under this training regimen over the last 2.5 years and also use his personal training services for my spouse and myself. He is also the force behind getting me to run a half-marathon (I wasn't a runner before) in a matter of 3-4 months. Other bootcampers in my group have taken a similar path and started running even full marathons. Last but not the least, Ryan has a wonderful personality that strikes a great balance between being friendly and all business during the workout. He doesn't waste any of the group's time. More...

Pittsburgh Fitness Cult is the best women's bootcamp in Pittsburgh!! Ryan is a great trainer and puts together a challenging and fun workout for women of all fitness levels - he varies up the routine so you are never bored. He incorporates a variety of exercises and cardio to target all body areas and ensure results. Again -- this is for the beginner as well as the advanced - he knows his stuff and shows multiple levels of progressions for women at all levels! Definitely give it a try!!! More...
