I've worked with several trainers over the years and can personally attest, Ryan is the best! In addition to providing me his all-around knowledge of fitness - lean strength, endurance, cardio, healthy eating and lifestyle - his positive attitude inspires me to be the best I can be. His workouts constantly change so it's fresh every time. You know he genuinely cares, loves his work, and is invested in helping you reach your goals and potential. Five years with him one-one-one and still going strong!!

I have been going to Ryan's Bootcamp for close to 10 years. It is an amazing workout! Every day is different so it never gets boring. Ryan is an exceptional personal trainer who has a knack for motivating people - even at 5:30 in the morning! He even got my teenaged son excited about getting in shape!

I have had the good fortune of being in Ryan's am bootcamp class for the past 3 years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Ryan, both as a trainer and as a human being. He is highly professional and knowledgeable, and has the ability to meet each individual where they are with respect to their fitness goals. He encourages me to work hard in a supportive and encouraging way. He is also a kind, caring, and wise soul who fosters a supportive environment. His capacity to bring a positive attitude every morning at 5:30 am speaks volumes!

Amazing workouts that constantly change. Ryan keeps it new and fun while keeping you moving and going. He’s a wonderful personal trainer as well as group trainer. Couldn’t be happier with him and the the results he produces! Highly recommend Ryan Harris at Pittsburgh Fitness Cult!

After many years of inactivity due to a number of injuries, I joined Ryan's morning boot-camp for personal training. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to keep up and afraid of re- injuring myself. Ryan's extensive knowledge and understanding moved me from a " couch potato" to a 5K runner in a matter of months. I can't begin to express my appreciation for Ryan both as a fitness professional and as a person. With Ryan's encouragement I saw weekly improvements, gaining strength and endurance. I highly recommend Ryan Harris and Pittsburgh Fitness Cult.

As a long time Pittsburgh Fitness C.U.L.T. participant I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of Ryan’s professionalism, expertise, encouragement and motivation. Somehow Ryan manages to make each class challenging and entertaining, day after day, year after year. It is clear that he takes a personal interest in the progress and well being of each client. Highly recommended!

None other Ryan would have been able to motivate me to run a half-marathon or work out at 5:30am! Thanks to his genuinely caring personality and coaching I was able to improve my fitness more than I ever imagined. I started out with morning bootcamps and both my husband and I ended up working out with Ryan through private sessions for many years. We recently moved Out West and we sorely miss Ryan.

I love this boot camp! Just finished my first month and feeling stronger, stamina has improved and feeling more in shape. Ryan is a great trainer, always offers progressions and alternatives to exercises while pushing and supporting. It's fun to work out with a great group of women as well. Ryan is also very flexible with scheduling which i appreciated a lot. Give this camp a try!!

I have been doing this class for over 7 years and Ryan never fails to challenge me each and every time. He accommodates everyone at their own fitness level and can work around injuries. It is a great way to start your day with a group of women who make it fun!

Pittsburgh Fitness Cult is the best women's bootcamp in Pittsburgh!! Ryan is a great trainer and puts together a challenging and fun workout for women of all fitness levels - he varies up the routine so you are never bored. He incorporates a variety of exercises and cardio to target all body areas and ensure results. Again -- this is for the beginner as well as the advanced - he knows his stuff and shows multiple levels of progressions for women at all levels! Definitely give it a try!!!
