We are a highly experienced small team of designers, based in Brighton and Hove and most of our projects are in the South East. We also undertake work overseas, mainly in Spain.
Coming from a hotel design background, we are well versed in designing interior architectural elements, for private residential projects and commercial spaces.

We had a fantastic experience with Annette from PIsani Designs. We had been stuck with how we wanted to decorate the house. Too many websites, options, suggestions etc. We found Pisani Designs and Annette came over. She’ friendly and warm with great ideas. Annette looked around the house, we chatted about looks, likes and colour. A few days later we had a mood board that pretty much hit the nail on the head. It is not necessary to engage an architect when working on changing internal layouts, for example when making areas open plan or removing some internal walls. Our team can provide you with all the required internal drawings, to allow builders to quote accurately and local planning departments to clearly understand your objectives. Working in the Brighton and Hove area, we often work on projects that require listed building applications and planning.

Once you embark on a refurbishment project, its a perfect opportunity to have your internal lighting system and layouts upgraded. We can look at all aspects of lighting levels, their connection to your room layout and comfortable lighting to suit your needs.
Interior design project monitoring
We are not project managers, but we can monitor build work to ensure that design concepts and drawings are followed. We can also introduce trusted builders and monitor build progress and budgets to take the stress away from the excitement of home refurbishment and new build projects.
furniture supply
We have good working relationships with furniture wholesalers and manufacturers, so we can offer you good quality products at competitive pricing. We can coordinate the whole process of purchase, delivery to your home and installation to make things easy. Some clients however, prefer that we supply them with a shopping list and ideas and they do the leg work.
kitchen and bathroom design
If you need bathroom and kitchen design drawings and material specifications this is something we do. We can provide you with detailed drawings for builders and a materials palette, showing sanitary items and tiles for bathrooms. If you are looking for a bespoke kitchen, we can design all the cabinetry detailing for a joiner, or we can provide layouts for retail kitchens.
