This company is a joke. They stopped my service in error and killed my grass. I put over 6k into my front yard alone. Giant oaks removed.
Irrigation and new at Augustine sod. I called Pioneer out immediately after the sod install. It went well for the first 6 months or so and then things went down hill.
They never knocked on the door to let me know they were at my home.
They claimed to spray in September which was not true as I at in my office at work watching the tech sit in his truck while it poured down rain.
He got out once while the rain slowed to stick a sign in my yard.
These people are thieves and they killed a portion of my grass by not treating the chinch bugs.
They are now using the photos I uploaded as before and after in my Google review as if I had left a positive review.
They are terrible and I would not recommend them ever!

My lawn was dying and turning brown. Just after two weeks after one service already my lawn is looking great! I also got my palm tree serviced. My queen palm out front is now dark green and very healthy! I also got my hibiscus treated as well. They are very healthy and happy. I did develop some aphids on the hibiscus. Chris is our Tech. He is good. Just needs to call his clients and let them know when he will be out. My husband used to work in Pest Control here in town and had to call all his clients not sure why He doesnt call his and we are unsure as to when he will be here. I dont feel I should have to contact the office. Either the office should be making these calls or the Tech as in .most offices. They do this in the Doctor offices as well. Common Courtesy. I have been using pioneer for about 3 years now, we had a large outbreak of ticks in the back yard near water way. pioneer came out here after dealing with Orkin whom did not even touch the problem they could not contain the problem. fired Orkin and pioneer came out did 1st spray 10 days later did follow-up spray and have had no more problems. not going to lie had 2 Spanish men come to spray and they were gone in a flash, ants all in front yard . had no problem in a couple of years, I called pioneer and they sent out another gentleman which has done a good job.
