What do you love most about your job?
My passion is for hydroponics but equally I love the outdoors and the range of species of plants available to us and I love spending hours in my garden and grow room. I start my plants off in my grow room and then transplant them into my garden. I like to have a beautiful blooming garden all year round and by using hydroponics to assist in my every day gardening helps me to achieve a wonderful, healthy garden.
I also love to be able to grow anything at any time of year no matter the season, even different fruits for my ever growing children at a fraction of the cost to regularly buying them from the supermarket.
Don't have a garden? Unable to get out of the house into your garden? Want to grow your own fruit and veg all year round? Anybody anywhere can grow using hydroponics and can enjoy this method of gardening. I love hydroponics for this very reason too.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first started using hydroponics over 22 years ago when I received a request from a local caravan site who wanted blooming colourful flowers all year round on their site. With hydroponics I could offer them this and they had a bright blooming site year after year. From there my ideas for my business grew and after many years of having ideas I finally found the confidence to open up my own business.
