I see this guy practicing every week on people at the climbing gym. I'm jaded. I'm OVER "professionals" (men in particular) telling me about the best way to use/care for my body. But we finally chatted when he approached me after noticing some of my movement patterns and seeing places I was protecting. I'm no stranger to using my body as efficiently as possible. As a professional slackliner/slackline instructor, with my background in yoga and acrobatics, as well as climbing and grid-edge country living, I understand certain physical leveraging and mechanics to get the results I want. However, sometimes our minds get stuck in patterns and our bodies suffer that limited thinking. These limitations were holding me back from healing my injuries. Simon offered a free ten minute session to work on a specific knee injury I've been living with for six months. I was sceptical. But.... for free, take. It's been two weeks. Within 24 hrs of him working on my leg, I had (and maintain) MORE than noticable improvement in painfree movement. Simon earned my trust. He now gets my time, and my money, too. I highly recommend this guy. Check your ego and your pre-conconcieved notions at the door and let him do his magic. More...

Simon is like a mechanic for the body. You don't go to him to relax. You go when you need things fixed. I'm a rock climber, recreational weightlifter, and all-around active guy and push myself hard. Most commonly I come to Simon with issues involving my hands and arms (I'm a writer and am learning piano, so my fingers take a lot of punishment), my back, feet, and hips. Yesterday it was my shoulder and neck. If I have specific issues when I go in, Simon is always able to pinpoint and address them. If I don't, then we continue an ongoing series of "tune ups" that he's working me through from appointment to appointment. I've had many massage therapists, and they're all different. Some play soft music and get you sleepy. Others are more like doctors. Simon is a diagnostician. You won't fall asleep when he's working on you, and yeah, sometimes it's going to hurt. But my problems always get fixed, and since that's what I go for, I plan to keep going. More...
