was refereed by pinnacle to their plumber lads at the weekend to remove a toilet brush head from a toilet. the pipe was leaky afterwards but when i rang the lads a couple days later they came back straight away and fixed it. lovely lads. i have no idea what their names are but gents. cost 90 quid but money well spent
