Nicola has been fantastic, she got me out of a hole when I got massively behind with my expenses. She took a large envelope of 8 months worth of receipts and a print out of my diary. What a fantastic morning with Ally. I've done Facebook for years but Twitter has always completely confused me. Well this morning the fog was lifted. Ally managed to allay all my fears and teach me a massive amount. We then went on to Hoot Suite which pulls all the social media together and basically organises your thinking. I love Ally. It is that simple. She has made an incredible impact on my Wedding Planning Business in Italy.

I was so busy managing the weddings and I had little time to set up any procedures for administration, and this time last year I felt a little upside down to say the least. I was introduced to Ally by my friend Andrea Ellison a wedding photographer. I will never forget the time she called and said "Julie, you have to speak to Ally, she is just what you need". I called Ally and had a very warm chat with her, about my business. She listened and showed genuine interest in how things were going, and then made suggestions of how she could help. I just wanted to thank you for helping me out.

As an owner-operator of a small business I am, like most people, extremely time poor. I am also guilty of not giving the required brain-space to the things that, frankly, I hate doing.

I mean, I am not daft … I am more than capable of logging into the Government Gateway and setting up my business as an employer, so I can pay myself a salary. But fighting my way through that bureaucratic website is my idea of Hell – it drains my batteries, makes my day a little more unpleasant, and distracts me from the stuff I enjoy; the things that involve talking to customers and generating more business!

So, to have a Stacey in my life where I can simply pick up the phone, give the relevant information, and have the heavy lifting all done for me is like a kind of gift.
