Last minute notice my son and his friend that lives with us is going to prom, I scramble for everything!!!! I was told to go to Pineview Florist after another florist couldn't help me. He actually picked up phone and asked if they could help me since he couldn't. (love how they all know each other) I arrived to see a customer being very rude, ugly and not liking her two wrist band flower arrangements. They had already changed them twice for her and still not to her liking. I thought to myself if she doesn't take them I will!!! Pretty little white roses with mint green, could go with any dress. There was no pleasing her no matter how nice and accommodating the staff was. She got her money back and I got her flowers. They were going to help me either way so this was a win win for both of us. I didnt actually get to see these flowers because my grandma didnt send me a picture but she did say they were pretty and smelled wonderful so that is great. However there were several issues, I asked to be sent a picture of these flowers BEFORE they went out since i am from out of state so i could see what they looked like as i have had bad experiences using florists out of state before... I never received a picture.. Also, the wrong flowers were sent to my grandmother.. apparently there was someone else that day that had the same first and last name as my grandmother so she got the other ladies flowers first and then she called noticing they werent the right address and they came back and gave her the right ones... I feel that the drivers should be way more observant and get it right considering this cost me well over 70.00. The other thing is that the card was supposed to say "Love, Ro & Laci" and my grandma was very confused because the card said "Lo, Ro, & Laci"... This is minor, i know, but like i said when you pay a decent price for flowers you expect things to be done correctly... My grandmother was happy with them otherwise this is just my opinion of the experience. More...

My son needed flowers for a girl and I immediately thought of Pine View Florist. They're the best florist ever! I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. They have roses any time you need them... you can go by and they'll package them up with ferns and baby's breath and wrap them in that green paper so you're ready to give them to your wife. If you need a vase, they have that too! They are friendly, helpful (I don't know much about flowers without some coaching) they always have what I needed and the price was good every time.
