I have never dealt with such a useless auction house in my 30 years of buying. A week to get an invoice another ten days before my items arrived I paid £50 in P&p to get one parcel sent by the cheapest courier they can find packing that's a joke items pushed in to a box with minimal packaging a used box as well mind you they've now had four days to reply to my email of complaint and haven't even bothered Google them they've enough other horror stories of dissatisfied customers

Probably the most friendly auction house in the South West. The staff are brilliant and ALL the ladies are enchanting, There are always interesting items in their huge fortnightly general auctions and likewise in their antique auctions. You can pick up excellent bargains, sometimes for as little as a pound! You have to be quick, though, as the entertaining auctioneer is one of the fastest in the west. Blink, and you'll miss it..
