What do you love most about your job?
My name is Oona and I am the Community Care Manager here at PillarCare. I love working with both our service users and our carers, working individually with each person to support them to live life to the full in their own homes. We are a small friendly team and we know all of our clients and staff well and we pull together on the big and the small things to make positive changes in people's lives.
