I initially started Pilates when my Physical Therapist suggested it after a knee replacement. I attended a few private sessions in a studio and even though I realized the benefits of Pilates, the instruction/environment was not very inspiring. I researched many studios before I settled on Pilates Two-Six. I thoroughly recommend the studio as well as the 2 instructors, Kendra and Drea. The studio is located in a private home which is very clean and inviting; the instructors have all the props and everything needed to provide excellent core-strengthening and balance building sessions! I have worked with both Drea and Kendra who are each very knowledgable regarding the Pilates technique, as well as creative in adjusting the exercises to fit one's needs; they are good listeners and very adaptable. Even though I sometimes feel resistance to showing up, I always leave the sessions feeling more present, stronger and experiencing a greater sense of well-being. I also appreciate Drea's massage at the end of the sessions, when I may feel the need to release tension in my back, neck, legs, feet, etc.; her finishing touches are wonderful!Pilates Two-Six offers sessions at an amazing affordable rate; the introductory session is also less expensive than the on-going rate. I feel that both instructors really believe in Pilates and give of themselves in a way that is very professional, dedicated, and inspiring. I would like to suggest that Pilates is a very practical gift for oneself oranother; and participating in a series of sessions at Pilates Two-Six would make a very rewarding New Year's Resolution! Pilates Two-Six is perfect for me. I appreciate that it’s totally private and 1:1. It’s easier for me to work out comfortably, and I’m never self-conscious or distracted like I’ve felt in larger gyms or studios. I love the 1:1 attention. I need to work around physical limitations with my knees/joints, strengthen my body and it’s hard for me to do general workouts. Drea is intuitive and super skilled at giving me a customized, focused session that fits my energy and body needs that day. I’d always wanted to try the reformer and all the Pilates “props” – she has them all and utilizes them well to help me get stronger, more flexible and balanced. The privacy, 1:1 attention and intuitive workouts have helped me stick with it. I feel the changes in my body, and it’s helped my overall health. This is an important investment in my body, mind and soul -- and Pilates Two-Six is the ideal place for me. Thank you Drea! More...

I found Pilates Two-Six by happy accident and four years in, I still feel so lucky. Drea is a gentle powerhouse- exactly what I want and need in a teacher. She knows exactly what she is doing and pushes me to do my best, especially when I don't think I can. In the first year I lost weight but most importantly i gained strength and muscle tone. Actually, my body completely changed in about 3 months. I love my sessions with Drea and I always leave feeling stronger and better. I highly recommend Drea as a skilled, professional, effective, and FUN teacher! More...

Drea has been my Pilates instructor for the last six years, and she is terrific. I have worked with her in a studio setting, and a great deal in a private setting. I have scoliosis, and so having core strength is extremely important for my health. Thanks to Drea and Pilates, I am stronger and more capable of doing other physical activities that I also love -like skiing and hiking. And with her excellent cues, her workout variations, and her great sense of humor, it's a ton more fun than going to the chiropractor! I honestly can't recommend her highly enough. More...

Just had my first session with Drea today and it was amazing! I've always wanted to try pilates and so happy I finally took the plunge. Drea is super sweet, easy going, approachable, AND a wonderful instructor. I felt very comfortable with her and definitely felt like I got a great workout. The assisted stretching at the end of our session was divine. I can't wait for my next session! More...

I had done mat classes with Drea following the birth of my son and loved them. They were always interesting and always kept a good pace. I recently began working with her one-on-one in her new studio on the equipment and am hooked! Drea is encouraging and supportive but she doesn't mess around, she is always challenging me to push a little more. I find myself sitting up straighter at my desk and in my car and generally just feeling good. Sign up for a session today and give it a shot, my guess is you'll like as much as I do! More...

I've been seeing Drea twice a week for the last four months. After having two babies, I was too busy to be concerned with getting back in shape immediately. Drea does a great job of pushing me, but works within my limits (complications from childbirth). She helps me feel at ease, and her home studio is a comfortable setting. I'm always surprised at how much I can feel the difference for the next couple days after our sessions. I'm feeling stronger, my back isn't sore, and I am slowly getting my pre-baby body back. I highly recommend Pilates Two-Six! More...

Drea is awesome! After having babies and loosing my core essentially, (yes all you moms know what I'm talking about) I am feeling strong. The techniques she uses are simple, do-able, and effective for me which is super important as a busy person. The studio is private which leaves me feeling less intimidated as I'm really out of shape and don't enjoy busy gyms. The studio is new but her experience is vast and shows in her teachings.Go see her. Get strong and get in shape! More...

Drea has established a comfortable and quiet private studio in her home. I've had prior experience with Pilates (strict, classical) in the past and I look forward to my weekly session with Drea more than I ever did before. For me, classical Pilates was a little like medicine, I knew it was good for me, but it wasn't always fun. Drea has kept all the good parts of classical Pilates, all the challenge and benefits, but she has let it breathe a little and I like that a lot. She's easy going, approachable and makes you feel comfortable with your abilities. She tailors each session to what you want out of it (strict form, more of a workout, and so on). I've been trying to find a teacher that clicked and she clicked for me. If you're new to Pilates or have been searching for a home, I'd highly encourage you to try Drea. If you wish, she also includes some assisted stretching at the end of the session which is awesome! More...

I've wanted to try Pilates forever, I KNEW it was a great exercise to strengthen the all important core and even redefine muscles. All the fit people I know raved about it. But I am SO not a person to go to a large class at a gym and as a "not-so-fit-person" I was self conscious to try something new. Drea's studio- Pilates Two-Six was great. Pilates Two-Six is a private studio offering personal pilates training. I was able to get the personal instruction I needed and really understand and FEEL the benefits. In a private setting. While I'm new- I know experienced Pilates folks would love this too as Drea clearly knows her stuff and can adjust the session to each person she works with. Only 1-2 people at a time. Next time I'll bring my BFF! More...
