I've been doing pilates at The Pilates Studio Norwich for 10 months now and I can't recommend it enough. I started it to improve my back pain and after a while I really saw huge benefits, it does help a lot. I have practically always had class with Lauren, who's very nice, understanding and has been working with me towards the resolution of the problem with specific exercises from the very beginning.
