FINALLY!!!! My journey for the best Pilates instructor in LA has been accomplished!!!! The owner is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and her body is sickening! If you are looking for a place to chat with your girls and get a little for head glisten, this ISN'T the place for you! The is FULL BODY, CHANGE YOUR PHYSIQUE FITNESS! She's full of energy and knows what she's doing! I love that the classes are intimate yet engaging...I actually look forward to going to class! Try her out... You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! More...

Claudia is the best instructor! Her classes work the whole body and she gives so much individual attention that I get an incredible workout every time that leaves me feeling better than when I arrived! My body has changed SO MUCH since working with Claudia at Pilates on Demand! I've been dancing for over 30 years and thought I knew my body pretty well. The big secret to getting the body of your dreams is: ‘Your decisions and daily habits create your body’. What do I mean by decisions and daily habits? The things that you do consistently, day by day, determine your body’s shape, strength and stamina.

What I love most about my job is seeing that ah-ha moment from a client. Seeing that moment and watching something in them click that will change their lives for the better, forever, is worth every minute of what I do. The next best thing about my job is when a client tells me they are seeing and feeling the difference. You can tell anyone whatever you want, but until they see and feel it for themselves, it's not always real. I love the smile and the confidence I have instilled in them for the rest of their lives!

I wanted to meet people and create my own environment and atmosphere to correctly and professionally change and shape the human body with positive reinforcement and smiles. Teaching dance, fitness and pilates, which is an awesome fusion, I can assist the client through numerous exercises to fit their body types and personalities. I help people. improve their lives and pursue my passion while making them happy.

I will search for ways to change or tweak your workouts to make them more efficient and effective. I will always push you but not above boundaries. I will keep your goals in mind and figure out if they are realistic. I will hold you accountable by checking in to see how you are doing. I will always help you stay motivated to exercise: Knowing you have an appointment with a pro can help you stay on track during the week. I will teach you how to do exercises correctly: Too often people focus on cardio to lose weight, but you need strength training and core training as well.
