I have found Amanda’s class really enjoyable, she explains everything clearly and always gives a couple of options. I have noticed a real benefit, my core muscles, balance and flexibility have improved enormously. Thanks Amanda!

Amanda has deep knowledge of the areas she instructs as well as a unique ability to read the class, responding to not just their technique but also where they need to focus their effort. I’ve not come across an instructor who’s able to adapt the lesson to the needs of the class! More...

Excellent Pilates. Needed a class to work on a particular injury and it has helped enormously. Amanda gives up to three levels of difficulty so beginner or more advanced you leave feeling like you have worked your muscles in a very low impact environment.
