PIII Strength & Conditioning

Its hard to find trainers who really care about your personal success. I started working out with Coach Andre at a previous gym. I have now followed him over to his gym PIII. His support has always felt genuine and like he was always in my corner, pushing me. Now I also get the pleasure of working out with Andre, Diego and Kai. Kai is a great addition to the gym he somehow manages to track when I havent been in and push me to further than I sometimes want to push. His energy level helps motivate me to get into the gym. Finding trainers who really care and love what they do is not that simple. PIII has three great trainers who all put there heart and souls into this place. Amazing gym! The trainers are very supportive and will push you to reach your goals. Tell them what you are working towards and they will help inside and outside of the gym. After awhile, everybody starts to feel like a family supporting one another. They will help you with not only exercising but making sure your exercising correctly. I just joined about 2 weeks ago. I have a feeling this place is going to be life changing. I've experienced other training facilities and they were good but this place is on another level. The trainers are very knowledgeable & allow you to go to your comfort level yet still push your limits. I'm very excited to see my transformation. I highly recommend checking this place out. More...
