Hi, just wanted to say a huge thankyou to the staff working at hinchinbrooke country park today. My daughter was mid melt down, hot, hungry and tired. They managed to distract her, make her smile, and then served us some really delicious food even though I was £1 short of what I owed, much to my embarrassment! We had another incredible menu from Pig-Casso's, especially designed for our US Dealer visit. Every course tasted amazing and the guys were entirely flexible and reassuring, when our event ran over slightly and they were able to keep the food at bay until we were ready for it. Sampled some of this delicious food whilst out with mates at Thirsy in Cambs. I had the brisket in a toasted brioche with a side of Napoleons tots and it was sensational!
