This is the best place ever went there Saturday night, for the first time, I got the cauliflower crust with all my favorite toppings, it was truly delicious, the customer service was amazing, the place was super clean, I truly recommend this spot, I'm definitely going back very soon.

I really like this place. The pizzas and staff are always welcoming and professional. Three weeks ago my husband picked up some pizzas to take home and one of the pizzas wasn't right. We called and spoke to the manager, Dowe, and he was very apologetic and not only compensated us for one pizza but two. He was extremely courteous and professional. We came today and got our pizzas with no problem. He remembered us from 3 weeks ago. Our pizzas were great. This location truly respects their clientele and definitely places customer service first. I came in for the first time with my family of 5 on Sunday night and they were backed up with customers and to make it even more chaotic their ticket machines was broken. However manager and his staff worked together as a team to assist all the customers in the restaurant,  They pulled together in the time when it was important to provide great service. We did wait some time for our food, but to me customer service is important they acknowledged every person that came in did great team work to help us out. Yummy!! Cauliflower pizza!! My friends and I come here on slow days and on days like Pi day when it's a mad house, but the manager, DOWE, keeps the whole place running like a well oiled machine! It's clean and organized, the employees seem happier then at the Porter Ranch or Granada Hills location. The pies are never burnt, the ingredients are always well stocked and there's always a line! Wow I did not expect my pizza to taste so delicious but I'm pleasantly surprised and will certainly be back.Reasonably priced custom made pizzas and salads with plenty of indoor seating and a fairly fast moving line. Highly recommend the thin gluten-free crust - 45 cals a slice (it tastes surprisingly buttery and moist) and the cauliflower crust (60 cals a slice) which is a low carb option that tastes like a regular wheat dough. I love this pieology! This place is in my top 3 to get pizza. They don't have as many toppings as pizza rev but the pizzas here are BIGGER and more flavorful. I'd forsure say more BANG fo le your buck.I had a birthday coupon that I had to use for a buy one get one. One regular crust pizza is probably like $9 including tax but it's worth it because you can pack on the toppings! The employees are always really sweet and accommodating. The manager told me to save my coupon for another day and took care of me.I love that they have alcohol here! I also just found out they now have cauliflower crust. I forgot how many toppings that Pieology offers and the number of crusts that they have. Came in on a Thursday night and the two pieologists, Sean and Dowe, have great service. They are both friendly and very professional. It's great to see that in a store nowadays. Good food, I love my Gorgonzola pineapple BBQ chicken pizza... Which is why I'm disappointed that you guys locked up early as I was walking toward the door! Seriously, I just walked a half mile to get here... do you have to close the door on me at 9:28 pm when I'm 10 feet from the door? There were still people ordering!

I've decided that this is my fav Pieology location by far! The customer service is superb! Shout out to the Pieology staff: Manager Dowe, Stephen, Jenauve, Deeayne and Laury! !! They were friendly, kind, generous with the toppings, and very professional!  My daughter and I ordered the New Cauliflower Crust and it was AMAZING!  I kept telling my daughter that this could not be Cauliflower--NO WAY!!! It tastes better than the original crusts and it's healthier!  The restaurant has a great dining area with good lighting, great big windows and most important CLEAN!!!! And I'm a quote person so I absolutely love the quotes as you enter and can read as many as you can while you wait to order your pizza. I was really in the mood for pizza tonight and did not want to deal with the hassle of ordering multiple toppings at Pizza Hut or Dominos. Pieology offers an 8 slice pizza with unlimited toppings for under $10. There are plenty of options for those who are gluten intolerant along with vegetarians. I ordered the following: a wheat crust pizza with the garlic herb (a must) with red sauce, both mozzarella and ricotta cheese, mushrooms, spinach, artichoke, jalapeños, and spicy chicken topped off with crushed peppers and Parmesan cheese. I can hardly believe it, it's only happened a few times before but I can't believe it doesn't happen more often since it's so simple.  When my pizza was presented to me the guy (sorry I didn't get his name) opened the lid of the to go box to show me the pizza.  To me this is the way every take out pizza should be presented.  If the pizza is just handed over in a box it's like saying "take this and leave, I don't care about you or your damn pizza."  On the other hand, when the box is opened to show the contents, it's like saying "please accept this work of art, I hope it's to your liking."  It also assures that you don't get home only to find that your order was made wrong.  By the way, the pizza is great too! When it comes to pizza, Pieology is my ideal place. I love the option to choose my dough, whichever toppings I want, the different kind of sauce for my pizza, and best of all, the availability of vegan cheese. My go to pizza is the wheat dough with pesto sauce, vegan cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and all the goodies, including their garlic! From my visit, my pizza was cooked perfectly and I ended up getting another one to bring to my aunt and uncle, who are vegan. We also got their cheesy garlic bread, and boy it really oozes with cheese. I would request it with vegan cheese next time, but nevertheless it was delicious. They were about to close and we ordered to go as he had announced that to all new incoming customer and we as group in line agreed except for . .::There was an extremely obnoxious customer In front of us, that we could not simply ignore. Came here today since I had about an hour until my next engagement for the day. I came in around 6 pm, there wasn't any line but once I got to paying for my pizza there was a long line! The custom made pizza set me back around $8. If you're a CSUN student they offer a 10% discount which is always nice! They had more than enough toppings and I know that I was a little picky of how I wanted things laid out on my pizza but the guy that was creating my pizza was awesome and worked with me so kudos to him :) I've been going to pieology since 2014 and I like this place much better than the other pizza restaurants that are quite similar. Fantastic experience, but for some reason they don't have a tip jar by the register! That to me is unconscionable. To the management if Pieology: Let your employees make a few extra peanuts for their hard work and leave a bloody tip jar out!
