Have been working with Elvira since my early 60's (now 73)! I never took kindly to exercise but she changed that completely. Not only have I lost 30+ lbs., she has improved my balance, flexibility and stamina so I can continue to enjoy a meaningful quality of life. I am sure her ability to constntly create customized nutrition and fitness programs for me (to keep up with my aging body needs) has extended my time to enjoy life the way I want it. I've been active my whole life, but fter 2 very sick pregnancies, I had lost a lot of muscle and gained fat. I wanted to work with someone to learn what my body needed to gain muscle and lose fat - someone who could personalize a program for me. I found Elvira online and I liked that she seemed very knowledgeable about fitness and could help reset my diet as well (since we all know that diet is so important). I also wanted someone that could work with some injuries/chronic conditions. I really liked that she seemed to care about her clients. We met and went over my goals and schedule then met a few days later for my first workout. She weighed and measured me first and within a day or two she had my diet. My workouts are challenging and she always pushes me, but listens if I really can't do something. After 3 weeks, we reassessed and I had lost 10 lbs of fat and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle. My body fat percentage was down about 4.5%. This is the type of progress that I was looking for. I know that it will slow down, but it was motivating to see such quick results. I would recommend Elvira to anyone. You have to be willing to put in the hard work, but she knows her stuff and can really help you achieve your goals. More...

As I turned 70 and basically healthy but with a family history of cardio respiratory, diabetes and cancers my primary care doctor advised me that my statistics were borderline and I needed to do something or else. I was introduced to Ms.Elvira Geiger of Physiques Fitness. After a long conversation I realized that diet, even with exercise, wasn't the answer. She took the time to learn my medical history, what type of foods I enjoyed, the time of day I would eat, and then took body fat measurements. As we are all different, she devised a plan specific to better my overall health. I the first month I lost over 20 lbs of fat yet gained 3 lbs of muscle, and the progress continues.Most important, when I returned to my doctor after another battery of blood and urine tests, she couldn't believe the positive statistical changes. Recently turned 70 and was told by my primary doctor I needed to make changes. I was introduced to Ms. ****** of Physiques Fitness, LLC, we discussed my medical needs, physical condition, and took body measurements. A true Nutritional professional, Ms. ****** set me up with a meal plan specific to me, and prompted me to start a light exercise routine. After a couple months I am down over 28 pounds of fat, up a couple pounds of muscle and feeling great. More important than all that, when I went last week for a scheduled check up my doctor was amazed at the statistical changes of heart rate, sugars, triglycerides, cholesterol, and overall body health. My goal was for balance and strength. I have had a full knee replacement a year ago and prior to that back surgery. But now I was traveling to Egypt for a challenging adventure of endurance of 14 days. I found Elvira and we trained for my trip. The website said she specializes in older clients. I am 76 and this was exactly what I needed. We met the goals and I walked 3-5 miles a day in uneven terrains. I recommend training with Elvira. More...

I am so fortunate to be working with Physiques Fitness by Elvira.

Elvira is unique and unmatched in her ability to effectively and rapidly drive body transformation. I have been motivated and driven to transform my body and my fitness. I found that I could not do it on my own. Unfortunately, though I was spending 6 to 7 days a week in the gym doing weights and cardio, and meticulously tracking everything I ate for almost a year, I was overtraining. As a result, I was exhausted and I was losing muscle and strength instead of getting bigger and stronger. In fact, instead of losing fat, I was gaining it.


Elvira has created custom designed meal plans, just for me, along with proper training exercise routines. At the beginning I was skeptical because of how much food was prescribed at over 3800 calories per day. Also, my weight training was reduced to only 2 to 3 sessions per week. However, I am getting stronger, and in less than 5 weeks I have gained 13.5 lbs of lean body mass and have lost over 7.5 lbs of fat (while overeating!!!). Even better, most of the fat loss came from my belly and mid-section. (See my photos below). I am bigger and leaner! My body fat has gone from almost 14% to less than 10%! Unlike most nutritionists, Elvira also is a Fitness Expert and understands training and is able to create a targeted training routine that can be performed on my own without the need of a trainer. Though I do have follow-ups and tune-ups with her periodically. Her program harnesses the “interaction and interdependency” of training with your very own nutrition plan to get superior results. The great majority of trainers either don’t have a clue as to proper nutrition or they overlook it completely. Thanks to Elvira/Ellie, I am a 59 year old male who is feeling better that ever and more optimistic than ever I will have the vitality, health, fitness and energy to enjoy the second half of my life. I am excited to continue working with Physiques by Elvira and expect to continue to see amazing body changes. Been training with Elvira for almost 5 years and have no plans to stop! I met her when I was 48 and tired of being out of shape. Wanted to work on toning, weight loss, and strength. From Day 1 on her very individualized, customized program for me, I began a transformation I never thought possible. Right away I started shedding pounds and replacing them with muscle. She continues to teach me how to use proper nutrition and meal planning to match the needs of my body composition at any time, and she varies my gym-training sessions so that my muscles are always worked and challenged. I have been training with Elvira for several months. I was looking for someone who specialized in older clients. This was what her web page state. i was going on an exhausting and challenging trip to Egypt and wanted to make sure I was ready with strength and balance. I am 76 and we trained for the trip. Started with Elvira 5 years ago. Approaching 49 years old and not happy about my proportions at that time, I googled trainers and contacted a few, including Elvira. She was my first consultation appt and my last - I cancelled the other appts because I knew in my head and my heart she was the right trainer and coach, and no one else was going to come close to what she was going to be able to do for me. My intuition was right! Here I am now at 54 years old, one of the strongest and fittest women at the gym, with body fat down to 18% from 33% when she first measured... I have muscle mass I never thought I'd have because I wasn't a body builder. I have strength and endurance like never before. Her program is highly individualized, there is no "one program fits all". She guides my specific nutritional (meal) plans according to where I am with muscle mass and body fat at any given time. She says, "We need to feed your muscles!"... and my muscles enjoy all kinds of foods in the right portions and right groupings every day. Anyone looking to reshape his or her physique the smart way - proper nutrition and exercise (I do strength/weight training with Elvira 3x/week and cardio 3x/wk on my own for 40-45 minutes each time) - should contact Elvira. I found Elvira by searching the internet after being tired of 8 years of inactivity, resulting weight gain, knee surgery and a pulled bicep for no apparent reason. Wanting someone that could work around my aches and pains that came with age (60) and inactivity, I felt comfortable to give Elvira a try after meeting with her. She tailored my workouts to my abilities, my meal plans to meet my needs and I lost pounds, dress sizes and gained lean muscle. At 72 years old, I recently began training with Elvira again to improve some basic belly fat and mobility issues. I wanted to believe I could experience results but figured my age was a restriction. My god, only 2.5 weeks and I have already lost over 10 lbs.....213 to 202! Besides physical training, she prepared a professional nutritional meal plan for my specific circumstances (love my meat!!). I already feel more energy and our early work on my balance and strength is already paying dividends. I've been training with Elvira for several months. During our first meet, Elle took the measurements and asked all the meaningful questions to fully understand my fitness goals and discussed how she could help me. In our first contracts, i did cardio and strength training with her and i started to see the result of 'lean muscles' and that changed my view towards weight training. We had a lot of fun training together and learnt A LOT from her. I knew from the beginning She's not only a trainer but also a Nutritionist! But i was hesitant about following a meal plan during our first contract since i never feel like i'm over eating (which i was totally wrong!) As our first contracts towards the end, i'm completely happy with the results and decided to continue training with her, also i would like to try a meal plan for the first time in my life! To clear my concern, Elle let me talk to one of her clients directly after their session (thoughtful!) and i'm totally on board after that..I was always joking with Elle and told everybody that's when THE MAGIC HAPPENS..Honestly I was never really a chubby girl and always in the healthy body shape category so i don't have unrealistic goals for losing tons of weight. But since i started the MEAL PLAN and really pay attention to what i put in my mouth. I started seeing changes faster than EVER. Not just me, my friends, colleagues and family (always skyping) started noticing the difference. My t shirts and pants are getting loose and trouble area not so trouble any more. I dropped 1.5-2 sizes on my jeans and getting people complimenting my collar bones and shoulders (which never happened before!). Here's to all the people don't believe in changing their eating habits like i used to: TRY THE MEAL PLAN. IT WORKS! The most important lesson i learnt is you can't out exercising a bad eating habits and you may not even realize you are eating badly until you started a right one and see the results yourself! Don't take my word just try it yourself. Elle's meal plan is not a crazy starving diet but a flexible tool. I eat differently on days i train with her, i can have occasional snacks and change up the meal a bit if i don't have something in my fridge. It's not that hard to follow and i'm not feeling hungry or bloated(important to me!).On my weight training, I was a total rookie beginner who cant even lift more than 10 pounds dumbbell till now i cant do weighted, Right now I'm at the best shape in my life and all credits goes to Elvira! I started using Elvira for weight loss with her nutritional training about 3 weeks ago. I was pleased to find out after only 2 weeks that my measurements all went down in inches (3 inches off my bottom area alone! ) The food program was easy to follow and offered a variety of options so I could customize it to the foods that work best for me. This was extremely important to me because my fear of getting a nutritionist was that someone would tell me to eat egg whites and whey protein all day, when I prefer not to eat much dairy and I need variety. Elvira had many great suggestions to keep it interestng to "prevent sabotage" as she called it. I was also pleased to find out that her nutritional program would still preserve the size of my lean mass (muscles, if you could say I have any...)  She is very knowledgable about which food types to eat at what time of the day and in relationship to the types of work outs being done that week to ensure fat burn.  She was happy to explain why the proteins and carbs and fats were put in a specific order of appearance in my plan, this helped me to UNDERSTAND the plan. This in turn kept me on track because I wasnt just blindly following restrictions, I was fueling my body.I appreciate the personal messages and e-mails I receive during my program. She genuinely wants you to succeed and is there to help. She also realizes that life happens and you can't always avoid food at family gatherings or other events. I was told to enjoy Easter with my family and that we'd talk about maintenance after. Of course I didn't want to ruin all of my hard work from the week before, but I also don't want to have a bad relationship with food. I am glad that I now know how to work things like my mom's au'gratin potatoes and ham into my diet and not gain weight or worse, hate myself for it later. I'm looking forward to her suggestions during my next few weeks of training for my triathlon! More...

I've been working with Elvira for a little over a month now and am very pleased. I work out with her twice a week and she tailors each session specifically to my needs. I also opted for a meal plan as she is also a nutritionist and these are tailored specifically to me as well and change each week as I lose weight and inches and increase lean muscle mass. In a month I've lost around 7 pounds and a little over 5 inches overall which as an athletic and average weight individual, this is awesome! Also, aside from being highly knowledgable in both fitness and nutrition, she is very personable and makes my workout fun!
