I really enjoyed my time training with Dave. My technique and strength changed quite dramatically in a very short space of time. He has great motivational skills along with an abundance of knowledge. I would recommend him as a committed, passionate and no nonsense trainer. If its quick results and enjoyable sessions you're after look no further. More...

Dave was professional and friendly at all times while training me back from an injury troubled season of professional rugby in France. As somebody who's used to having a program prescribed to them and assessed by others and ultimately a performance based objective it was useful to have somebody like Dave pushing me in a positive way when I struggled with lack of game day or competition. I work with David three times a week, focusing on strength and conditioning, and olympic lifting technique. Every session pushes me to my max, leaving me feeling hugely productive. The improvements i have made have been greater than I ever expected. This is all thanks to the fantastic programs David creates, keeping my body on its toes, and my motivation high. By the criteria that has been offered to rate the service I received I am forced to give each one 'Exceptional' I've no doubt if there were more criteria it would be the same again. <br /><br />The knowledge I now possess through working with P21 is invaluable and has allowed me to slay previous plateaus and PB's <br /><br />I would recommend the service to anyone at whatever level - however advanced you may<span id="moreReview269272" class="hide"> feel you are (professional Rugby player) undoubtedly you will learn something new every session. If you want to work out with a partner and still get lots of attention and progress then this can be done. Split the cost of training and work out together.

Individual nutrition plans based on your goals, history, health, life and habits.

If you are suffering from an injury or recovering from surgery then we are able to provide periodised training and programming at a location of your choice that will get you moving and pain free as fast as possible.
