I have had painful issues in my knees due to instability in my knee caps.
I had one strapped a few years back and after one treatment it was much better. The other one has now gone so I got that one treated and it is doing very well

I have visited Sonia periodically for 2 years now and couldn't recommend her any higher. The treatment here is nothing but amazing. I lost mobility in my neck and was in total agony unable to do even the most basic tasks in every day life when a good friend of mine told me about her mum's physio lady. I was sceptical but thought what's the harm in trying as the doctors were only prescribing me pain killers which isn't really a solution to the root cause of the issue. After just one session and some minor exercises that took no longer than 5 minutes day and night, I was back to full health.
