The friendliest gym I have ever joined ( and there have been a few!). Everyone take notice if what you are trying to achieve and the brilliant PT sessions with Tamz, from a trainer who knows what she's talking about, is fabulous for giving me motivation.

Excellent Friendly & Well equipped gym, it's not just a "muscle gym" as some might say, but being a Hammer Strength equipped gym you won't be left looking for a machine that isn't there - this is why the people that are serious about training do it here!

One of the best gyms i've trained at with a great range of equipment. The staff are friendly & well-informed working in a clean, welcoming environment. I found Tamzin to be a first class PT with superb personal experience in helping clients achieve their fitness goals. She has been enthusiastic, knowledgeable, inspirational & most of all made my training fun again!! Tamzin & Physical Limits Gym kept me training when i could have easily given up. The gym is always clean and has such a good variety of equipment great for training different muscle groups.
I always enjoy going to the gym and look forward to seeing Tamzin every week for my personal training, we laugh as hard as we train.
I used to be nervous about going to the gym on my own but there's nothing to be worried about at physical limits, I now would never go to another gym! What a brilliant atmosphere all the staff are so friendly and polite and always on hand to ask for support or offer advise.
