I have worked in the Catering industry over a 20 year span. I have worked back of house as a chef, climbing the ladder from commis chef to Head chef around the Devon area and more recently I have worked front of house, starting as a training Shift manager, to floor manager and then as manager of a restaurant.

Through hard work and diligence I became a valued member of the management team. I was fortunate to train 12 members of team and they became aware of the high standards required to address throughout service. As a manager of this very busy restaurant I was given promotion to a larger restaurant.

Most of my work is client based, not big commercial venues.
I can tile, plaster, hang wallpaper, and do restoration work.
