Altheia made our family portraits a meaningful representation of our story. Her photos captured an essence that I don't think other photographers could. She asked ahead of our photo session for pose ideas, and also arrived with ideas of her own that turned out to be amazing. Altheia is amazing to work with. She has a friendly and professional presence. She understands lighting and how to use natural light, settings, added lights, and backgrounds all for creating the perfect look. Altheia recently did a photo session of our twin girls who turned one. I was very nervous since turning one is a big deal and had concerns that my girls might not cooperate during the photo session.

However, Altheia put my mind at ease the minute I met her. During our consultation, we discussed in detail how I imagined the photo session to go and what kind of images I was looking for. Altheia listened to all my ideas and would come up with suggestions on how to get the best results. We had every single detail planned from the props, to poses, to colors, to back drop etc.

The day of the photo session my girls didn’t take their usual morning nap and so I thought we would not be able to get any good pictures. Altheia is absolutely amazing working with babies. She captured over 700 images and they all turned out amazing!

She took pictures of each of my girls, then sibling shots, she took family pictures and captured the smash cake part of the photo session just beautifully.

I would highly recommend Altheia and will be sure to have her take more pictures of my girls/family. From beginning to the end the whole process of working with Altheia was amazing! More...

We recently got a newborn session done by Altheia for our son and we couldn’t be more pleased. Altheia is extremely professional and responsive. She was kind enough to come to our house to take the pictures. She has a wide range of beautiful props for you to choose from. She was able to get very nice shots of our son along with our toddler daughter, which is no easy feat as our daughter was way past her nap time. In short she is brilliant with babies and kids and listens to what you want. Right from our first consultation till the final process of selecting the images we were very impressed by her services. Above all, the pricing is very decent and there are no hidden costs. Many photographers do not include digital prints in the initial pricing, but Altheia gives you the rights to photos without additional money. I would highly recommend Altheia and will absolutely go back to her for our future family sessions. More...
