What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great portrait all goes into the connection that exists between the person and the photographer. The energy that exists needs to be captured to allow their essence and persona to come through. I feel that this comes from the relationship that is developed between the two.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It varies depending on the project, but it all goes back to what the client needs to achieve their visionary goal. I love when a client has an idea they want conveyed, but it is also equally exciting to help them create an idea of what they want portrayed.
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity that goes into creating beautifully striking images and collaborating with people, places, travel and unveiling new discoveries.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of photography and the many vessels that it allows me to create and collaborate.
