Our experience with the staff was absolutely amazing they helped us restore several photos and scan several hundred images that we thought were either too damaged to repair they were able to work with us on the pricing because it was due for memorial service in less than a week and we’re truly thankful for all the work dedication They helped us to save money on a project that we were not expecting to pay for such a rush notice when one of her family members passed away this business is truly amazing for all they do for the community. Taking a good photograph is a matter of understanding what the purpose of the photograph is and then having the right technical and creative skills to meet the expectations of the customer. The secret to a great photograph, if there truly is one, is not simply meeting, but exceeding both the customer’s expectations and your own.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
It’s all about the basics of who, what, when, why, where and how.
- Who or what do you wish to be photographed and who will be receiving and viewing them?
- What is the most important thing to you about having these photographs created?
- When is the best time for us to create these photographs for you and when do you need them?
- Why are you having these photographs made why have you chosen to speak with us about them?
- Where would you like your photographs made? Where will they be displayed?
- How long has it been since you’ve had a professional photograph made for you?
- How can we make these photographs the best you’ve ever had created?
What do you love most about your job?
By connecting with, and getting to know my clients through my creativity, it allows me to build long term relationships with them. Being able to create meaningful and special images that will last for a lifetime and beyond is just icing on the cake for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I noticed that there weren’t any professional photography studios in Southern Oregon who were offering that special, undivided attention that I wanted to offer people. I know I always want the best for my family and I just figured that other people wanted that too. I feel they deserve it.
