My wife and I visited this shop in Bromsgrove today with a couple of issues with an iPhone and a windows phone. The guys in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. Neither of the issues were an immediate fix but they gave us what we felt was a competitive price for the work and told us they could complete this within the hour which we were very happy with. One hour later true to their word the phones were fixed and in addition they sorted my wife out with a new iPhone case and screen protector for a discounted price. Superb! Akeel, I hope I haven't mis-remembered the man's name: he couldn't have been more forthcoming, friendly and helpful. All my little niggly problems and concerns were dealt with in a flash. Akeel is a good salesman, well, he has a business to run; but the customer is made to feel very important - which of course, we are. I came out with just what I wanted.

I went to the phone club to get a second hand mobile phone unlocked. The knowledgable and friendly member of staff offered me some excellent advice regarding the choice of phone I had made and how useful it would be to have it unlocked. After some further questions he checked with no charge and found that the phone was actually already unlocked which enabled me to explore other avenues.My phone is up and running now at no extra cost.
