As a fresh college grad, trying to take my first step into the professional world was a scary thought.  There were about a thousand questions that ran through my head, chief amongst them being "How am I gonna write a good enough resume to get hired in this job economy? ".  Well, luckily I found Robert Chilman.  You can tell that Mr. Chilman is both very dedicated to and loves his job.  His years of experience definitely show as well.  It seems like he knows just about all that there is to know about the entire process.  His prices are very reasonable, and although it may have been a little bit slower than I would have liked, there's no denying the level of craftsmanship that went into the resume and my LinkedIn profile.  Not only was he very thorough in learning all he needed to know about me to make my resume as great as it could be, he even gave me free career and just general life advice as we talked!  Can't recommend enough. Thorough Thorough Thorough!I have had my resume written before by a company that used mostly generic terms and qualifications for my job and I ended up a paper on a stack of other look a-likes. It was last March 2019 when I began searching for a resume writer. I sent an inquiry to a few resume writers in Yelp but decided to go with PhoenixHR/Robert. PhoenixHR/Robert is worth every penny and more. First, he responded to my inquiry mid-Sunday afternoon which I did not expect. Second, I told him I need it in a couple of days and he was honest by telling me straight out that it cannot be done especially after he explained the process to me. Bottom Line: Robert's work paid off for me! My job search is now over and I've been hired by a major company. I believe that it was because of the way Robert packed my resume and LinkedIn profile with keywords, structured them the right way, and strategically captured my skills and talents that I showed up in so many recruiters' search results on the various resume posting websites and on LinkedIn. I stopped keeping track after I was hired, but at that time, over 200 recruiters had contacted me. I applied to approximately 30 of the jobs about which they had contacted me and I had three onsite interviews by the time I accepted an offer with a company with which I'm excited to be working. I began my search for a resume writer/career service on Linkined Profinder, then moved to yelp to find a local service. The bids I received back were in the range of $500-$1,200, which in my opinion are a bit high. I happened to run into Robert at PhoenixHR and contacted him for more information and his process. Robert walked me through his method, and within 15 minutes of talking to him, I was asking where I go to pay (TAKE MY MONEY!). The original consultation was about 1.5 hours; Robert spent his time asking detailed questions about my career, where I'm heading, and what I've done. I felt like he took the time to really understand my accomplishments vs just giving me a cookie cutter resume. The final product was delivered on-time, and well above my expectations. If you're like me and haven't used a resume service before then you've come to the right person.I personally feel that some of the reviews didn't share enough about this service so I'm going to share my entire experience. Why I came to PhoenixHR  I'm an undergrad and I wanted to get my LinkedIn profile started so while browsing I found PhoenixHR and messaged Robert on Yelp asking for a quote. At first I thought the price was too high for something I could write myself but a year passes by and I didn't even start my resume!  At that point I convince myself the service is worth it but I still wasn't sure if I should go with PhoenixHR or maybe a company that was half the cost but provide generic resumes. I choose PhoenixHR because I wanted a more personalized experience; And I'm glad I did! The Process:  After talking about payment and expectations with Robert I submitted   my payment via card online which came with a receipt (trustable platform). We scheduled our initial phone call which is really what made me appreciate the service. Robert made me realize that I really wasn't going in a clear direction with my educational path. I'm a math major, want to go to medical school, only took chem and computer science classes but I also have a lot of customer service experience; the problem was deciding how to write the resume for positions I wanted and I had no idea where I wanted to apply, I just wanted a resume. However he still climbed over that obstacle and brainstormed a way to sell me to potential employers with the experience I had. I've only received the rough draft for now but I'll update once the final draft and LinkedIn is completed. Overall, this was a positive experience. I even got some free life advice! After speaking to Robert the first time I realized I was making some mistakes in my educational path so I've fixed those issues and am glad Robert helped me identify those mistakes before I graduated and it was too late! So if you're just stuck in your career and don't want a full resume I would recommend maybe some life coaching/advise! Hopefully this helps any unsure folks out there. More...

Amidst a sea of resume writing services online, I was referred by a friend to PhoenixHR LLC. My inquiry was answered promptly by Robert, the owner of the company. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism on the phone and the amount of time he spoke with me to gather information and explain the process. I decided to have him take care of my resume and my LinkedIn profile. The cost was affordable and comparable to other resume writing companies and I felt his services exceeded what people typically receive for resume writing. There was even a special going on for his cover letter solution, so I received all three for an amazing price. I also had many human resources questions and he walked me through all of it. I hired PhoenixHR to help me with rebranding myself and creating a resume for a drastic career change from teaching to human resources. Robert really exceeded my expectations with how much effort he put into getting to know me, my skills and my work history. He scheduled several phone calls with me beyond what the package was supposed to include because he was not satisfied with the resume. He wanted to dig deeper and do more research to make sure that my resume would be compelling to hiring managers and recruiters. He found nexuses between my skills as a teacher and HR that I never would have thought of myself. He really cares about doing quality work and he truly makes you feel like he cares about you and your job search. Robert is a pleasure to work with and a very intelligent and helpful individual.I cannot speak to the efficacy of my new resume and linkedin profile since I've just begun to put it out there. I was in desperate need right now of a complete resume overhaul because once again I must prepare myself to do battle against the ten's of thousands (In my local) job search market to get into the right Interviews in my career's vertical. I also pay good money to LinkedIn and as such, it is imperative I maximize my LinkedIn profile for my online investment.I began my search online locally and found PhoenixHR, please don't make the mistake and NOT reach out to Robert (Via Phone) and email because what you can't possibly know that Robert is actually a LinkedIn Page / Resume / Career / Yoda - Savant and I am not exaggerating in the least.Honestly, in today's world Professional Resume Writers and Career Service Specialists are a dime a dozen so don't get taken. His work exceeded my highest expectations in the look, presentation of my skills and structure of my resume and the path it takes the Hiring Manager on when they are reviewing my qualifications.
