I have been have been having treatments at Phoenix for over 2 years including Reiki and CranioSacral therapy. Their therapists are always of high quality, very knowledgeable, experienced and know how to put their clients at ease. Also I have always been consistently looked after well before and after my treatments by staff on Reception, who are very friendly, attentive and considerate. Overall Phoenix has been such an invaluable resource for me as a Carer and a Support worker in the Mental health field. Going to Phoenix has played such a big part in helping me keep my Stress levels in check and in preventing burn out , so I can keep on doing these roles to the best of my ability. I’ve been using Phoenix for around 6 weeks on a weekly basis. All I can say is “ THEY ARE AMAZING !!”. I’ve had deep tissue massages and reflexology from Gail and the difference in a few short weeks is immense. I feel like a different woman. Rachel, the reception manager is so so lovely and all the staff I’ve come into contact with always say hello and talk to you. Had a sports massage with Gail to help ease some lower back discomfort. Gail was very attentive and welcoming, she assessed my posture and gave me a list of muscles to strengthen, stretch and foam roll. The massage itself was uncomfortable however she worked with me to stay within my pain tolerance and even after just 1 session my back already feels less tight with a greater range of movement. I received a voucher for a Swedish full body massage as a gift from my husband. Never had any kind of massage before and was a little apprehensive (for want of a better word). I really hope more people who've attended for treatments at Phoenix will come forward and leave a review, because it deserves the high praise it will inevitably receive.
I'm an M.E.-sufferer with mobility issues, & have attended for acupuncture since November 2017. I've only ever been treated with utmost consideration, kindness, & courtesy. The staff are thoroughly professional, & are the nicest people you could possibly meet.
All other clients I've met have been as happy as I am, & once again, I hope more of them will leave reviews here.
