What makes a great website?
Easy navigation, a clear message, and visuals that attract and hold a visitor's attention are what make a great website.
If a business owner wants to manage and update their site themselves, then a user friendly interface and training for the end user will also be part of a great website.

What is your schedule?
What is your budget?
Can you share what you like and don't like, perhaps using existing samples of websites, brochures, or whatever item you need? This will give us a good start at understanding your visual preferences.
Describe your creative process.
We first want to learn about you and your business ... what is your mission, what is your style, what service / product do you provide?
We brainstorm creative approaches to meet your goals. We research or create sketches as needed (depending on the item being designed.) We present concepts to the client and discuss their feedback.
We incorporate client feedback, revise our approach and continue to engage with the client until the design matches their vision.
We collect competitive quotes from suppliers or printers and provide them to the client for review.
We create production ready files, whether the piece is going to print, being published online, or being sent for manufacturing.
We manage the manufacturing or publishing process until the item is final and received and approved by the client.

What inspired you to start your own business?
A talent for art and a love of books inspired me to start a business 30 years ago providing services to educational publishers, which included design, layout, editing, illustration, and creation of technical art. Over the years and as changes occurred in that industry, we turned our focus to serving businesses, and now provide all forms of design, communications and marketing services.
