Dean B from phoenix gas installed our boiler a few months ago now and the whole process has been pain free and easy. The job was done at short notice, at a good price, very quickly and Dean did a brialliant job. Not only this, he also went through the instructions with us for general running and when we had a small issue, they got Dean back out within 48 hours to rectify it for us. The best!! Cannot fault the job done for me, don t know why I put up with my vintage boiler for so long. I was given three scenarios and quotes, as I changed from a usual old boiler to a combi, had it moved upstairs into the airing cupboard as was. So lost the eyesore in the kitchen , got the biscuit tin flue moved to a chimney on the roof, and the slow trickle of hot water out of my taps upstairs were made normal. I had been washing in cold water as it took so long. What a nutter I was!! Also no need for the power shower... saving money there. So, a lovely neat job done, no mess, a good price , I was quoted almost double by BG 4 years ago, just for a straight swap. !! I cant wait for the colder weather so I can test out the auto controls on my digital thermostat. I think I must of had the whole staff down over 2 days doing different jobs. The brickwork outside was an almost perfect neat match!! All my visitors get a tour I m so chuffed with the work. So thanks to all that came and sorry I cannot remember your names, I think it was Dave team, It was a fabulous job done and I shall recommend you every time ... More...

Absolutely fantastic company. They installed our Vaillant Combi boiler last year. Very professional and friendly team. Boiler broke down today. They had visited and repaired it under warranty within the hour! Impressed isn't the word ... would recommend them totally. Fantastic company fantastic service! I am not normally one to write reviews however i felt Phoenix deserved one. Phoenix have just finished a complete new install for us, from an old tank system to a more modern combi boiler and all new rads. I shopped around and got a number of quotes with Phoenix by far the best value. One of their staff Ryan visited and measured up for us. He was polite, not pushy like some can be and nothing was too much trouble. I thought i knew what i wanted until Ryan went the extra mile and explained everything to me in a way that i could understand. Other companies i had in just didn't do that. He certainly loves his job and is passionate about what he does. Top marks! Installation was booked in a few weeks later and i trusted all of the new rads had been measured properly. Two and a half days later and we had a new modern combi sytem installed, new radiators all round and no mess! The airing cupboard is now free for storage and the house is ready for winter. I can't recall all the names of the chaps that did the fitting however Ash seemed a top man and certainly knew what he was doing. A top job from a local company that i would certainly recommend! Great company, turned up when they said they would, professional quote, which had no hidden extras, got you on the right track by offering first years service for free. They explained every thing as they went about their business and I am happy with the final product.
