I help clients by assessing their weaknesses and creating a training plan to get them the results they've been looking for. Diet and lifestyle tips are also given to ensure that we are using every weapon to help them make change. It's doesn't stop or end inside the gym.

The secret, is that there is no secret! It's hard work, consistency and understanding your body. Too many trainers, just give client's difficult workouts to do, when it's much more than that. At Phoenix Fitness, we teach you how to use your body efficiently and activate muscles some may not even know exists. Workouts can be challenging, but they should also be smart.

I love to be able to give others what I spent my life studying. There's too much information on the internet, which makes it difficult to know what's true or false. I'm hear to change that. I only teach what science and years have proven to be successful.

I've worked for a lot of gyms that claim they it's all about fitness, but the truth is, most of these gyms treat people like dollar signs. It was hard to be a part of that because I actually enjoy helping people. So before I lost myself in that world, I decided it was time for a change. That change came in the form of Phoenix Fitness.

Client's should choose me simply because I really do CARE. They aren't just just coming to me for workouts, but for help. A lifestyle change. Being "fit" is long term process. I'm here to teach in a way that sticks with you. So when the time passes and you no longer have a trainer, there's no question that that you can take care of yourself.
