Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes. In fact we bring everything necessary to take care of your home. However, if you are more particular we will use products of your choice. We do ask you establish this at the beginning of service. In this case, you will be required to provide us with these products.

The idea for Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning started in 2016 when Ashley Hodges (founder) was pregnant with her daughter Phoenix. Like many women who are in the nesting stage of pregnancy, she became anxious about her home being prepared for the baby's arrival. A few family members performed a deep cleaning of her home so well, the idea of a cleaning service emerged.

Our signature deep cleaning also referred to as an initial cleaning. It covers the entire house from ceiling to floor.

A general cleaning designed to clean all the common areas, plus some. This plan is available after The Deluxe is complete.

A customized cleaning designed for homes up to 3000 square feet to cover areas of choice for 2 hours. Choose any tasks from The Deluxe .

The Vacant
Vacant Cleaning is a fancy term for Move In/ Move Out Cleaning. The home is completely clear and needs to be cleaned and sanitized. We all know moving is a major pain. While you're trying to figure out what happened to your "kitchen" box.. cleaning still needs to be done. Let us ease your mind. Whether you are moving in or out, this is a one-time deep cleaning designed especially for you. Landlord approved. Property Managers and Realtors are welcome!
