Stopped by one night after skiing very hungry. Ordered the Vermicelli Bun with spring rolls and grilled pork. So yummy and lots of fish sauce (so many places scrimp on this). Also had an amazingly delicious iced coffee. It was the best I've had outside of Vancouver.Returned a couple of times prior to returning West and I highly recommend the meat spring rolls and deep fried wontons. Really really really tasty. And the portions were quite larger than I was expecting. Massively hungry me could not finish my regular-sized chicken pho after two fresh rolls. Yum.

Having tried Pho from all over Toronto, this is a must visit. The service is wonderful and the pho was divine. I am not a world traveler. I hadn't even tried pho until within the past 10 years and it was right here in Barrie, when I did. Since more recently trying Pho Bistro, I can honestly say that when it comes to menu selection, friendliness of the staff and the flavour of the broth, Pho Bistro is my favourite in S Barrie.A family run business, they work hard to keep the business open 7 days a week. I had even ordered delivery one time and was delighted to see the charismatic owner was the one at my door.Located at the Shoppers plaza near Zehrs, at Yonge and Big Bay, it's easily found, tucked in beside the RBC.If you enjoy a fresh salad roll, the ones here are to die for. I crave them on a regular basis. ### UPDATE Not sure if my post made it to the staff/owner but I am changing my 2 star rating to 5. I have reordered the same meal twice more after leaving my review and my portion sizes were great. They must have heard me and stepped up their game. Bravo ! Original post: Food was actually very good. But the portions were sooo small and it's expensive especially for what you are getting.
