I had my eyebrows shaped by Charlotte today after having grown them to try and fix the mess I had created. With scars and age there were areas that never grew and they were totally uneven. Well what can I say.. after a huge disaster of bleaching my own hair from black to the point I sadly ruined it then having to walk around for at least 3 weeks with bright orange hair was not only awful but embarrassing, popped into the Salon and got a last minute booking with it being so close to Christmas, finally got my self a slot and I literally can’t thank Yasmin enough for correcting my hair and making it feel and look a lot more healthier than it was, I will defo be returning back for an olaplex treatment followed with a wash cut and blow dry, not only did you make me smile again but all the girls are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful, also a thank you to Katie and Lucy! Had my hair dyed for the second time with Yasmin today, I used to absolutely hate the hairdressers after having a few bad dye and cut experiences but Yasmin has completely changed me, she listens to what you want and always gets my hair perfect! ! My only criticism was how hot the salon was. There was no air con or fans and you can imagine how hot it got with it being 30 degrees outside. Other than that a very happy customer!! I was also very impressed with the advice I was given with regards professional shampoo and conditioners, I've purchased both salon brands and supermarket in the past but never really knew what was so different until Chloe took the time to explain to me and advise the best for my hair and it's made a real difference :)

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for Loreal professional for 10 years, I have been truly inspired by what can be achieved when a client is looking for advice. Unfortunately too many salons ask the same old 'what are we doing today?' our clients expect more than this, we ask you to fill in our consultation form, so we can see where you would like advice, (or if you would like us to be quiet,... theres a box for that too ;-))
Our beauty therapists are Elemis trained and can give expert advice.
