My 6 year old daughter was let out of the studio front door despite me not being there to collect her. She was all alone on the high street until a member of the public found her and helped her back to the studio. The teachers didn't even realize she was missing until I arrived to collect her. They were sincere and apologetic about the incident, but as a result of their negligence I simply do not recommend this dance school. More...

My daughter attends 3 different classes at Phillomena Dance School, ballet and tap, street and acrodance. They are all very different, but she loves them all. I would highly recommend.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about Dance - I trained at Guildford School of Acting & danced professionally around the world for 8 years before settling down with my now husband & opening my Dance school in 1993. I love connecting with & inspiring children, young people, adults & the elderly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a dance school that was all inclusive, rewarding, nurturing, committed, progressive, family orientated, fun & happy. My school is very unique - we go that extra mile for all our beautiful students & they stay with us for many years.
