とてもオシャレなカフェで、販売しているドリンクが他のカフェにはないようなものばかりです。利用している人もとても健康に関して意識が高いような方ばかりな印象です。以前、有名YouTuberも利用している映像をみました。ちなみにコーヒーはとてつもなく苦いので、ビターが苦めの方には注意が必要ですが、頭の中は間違いなくすっきりします。座席が少なめなので、埋まっていることが多いのと、健康体の人が多いせいか店内がとても寒いので星は４です。

Amazing atmosphere with superb Coffee selection☕. Got me the Mocha Latte (with almond milk) and it was bomb delicious! The place is super clean and comfortable. Donavon served us with care, even suggesting me a new musical artist to add to my chill out playlist. Appreciate that ✊. The ceilings are high so the vibe is spacious. Very enjoyable. I have never been in a more wonderful place! I am a teen who always looks at my friends and sees them drinking Starbucks, and I always want to try. I cant because of my disease, so it was tough but when they opened it lifted my heart. Their cheesecakes are one of a kind with smooth mouthwatering flavors. Great shop!Quiet, modern and a great atmosphere. Keep in mind that this is a raw food spot therefore they do not have anything that is hot. I live in Los Angeles and they have a lot of juice spots that serves pressed juice and raw foods, but this one seems to take it a step further than the normal Juicery. The wellness shot that they have here contains a lot more ingredients to help with immunity and overall wellness. The young man taking my order was able to quickly answer any and all questions about the menu items. Also, my special request for espresso in my shake was processed and handled without any issue. Though the drinks are pricey, I understand that this establishment is paying for their primo location. This was my first time in, and I am left with a good impression. I ordered:- White Shake (activated almond milk, frozen banana, tocos, coconut butter, maca, pine pollen)- Activated Cashew Maple Tocos Cookie (activated cashew flour, activated oat flour, maple syrup, tocos , cacao nibs, coconut sugar, cacao, coconut oil)The smoothie is delicious — smooth, well-balanced, only lightly sweet, using mostly flavors that are familiar but maintaining a slight complexity that is slightly foreign and intriguing. I wasn’t sure I would like the cookie upon my first bite, but it has grown on me. It is chewy, balanced, and lightly sweet. Again, it holds an interesting balance of familiar and unique flavors. If you prefer more classic flavors and textures, then this likely isn’t the place for you, but as one who enjoys exploring new flavors, textures, and ingredients, this was a fun new adventure for me. Somewhat expensive for what they are (I paid $15), but I was happily surprised with the volume of smoothie I received for the cost. Definitely not the most universally approachable price point, though. Barista was really helpful, friendly, and patient, allowing me time to process the menu but also providing helpful information and suggestions. Atmosphere is calm, hip, somewhat industrial. There is no place in Dallas like Brewed and Pressed! I love the easy access location in West Village and the modern, minimalistic aesthetics. They serve truly healthy food and beverages.
