What could have gone wrong.....a multi property chain moving the week before Christmas ! Bannisters (Elloughton) have recently handled our property sale and purchase - absolutely spot on, did everything we asked or expected and crucially got us moving. Other local agents in the chain let down their vendors but fortunately Bannisters were willing to properly monitor the full chain through to completion and got us moving. I have used Philip Bannister & Co, twice now for renting my property out, which the service was next to done and having the property dealt with by one of the director of the company, made me feel like my home was their home. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication and service was the best I have ever received. Upon selling my property, the excellent service continued, from regular updates whilst up for sale, to viewing feedback, (which was Honest) and then once an offer was received, they continually pushed to get me the best price and then once sold, regular updates from them, giving me step by step guide from start to finish.
