My clients come from all over the world so most of my coaching is conducted via Skype but if you live in the Cambridge (UK) area it is also possible to meet up in person.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is the feeling of 'making a difference' that it gives me. A person’s psychology is the one area of their life that affects all other areas. For this reason, I’m constantly getting that 'helping people' fix. There’s no better feeling than when you teach someone a new skill that they will then have for the rest of their life or when you arrive at the outcome your client committed to at the start of your relationship.

What inspired you to start your own business?
From a really young age the subject that always so effortlessly grabbed my attention was the mind. It’s what led me to go and live in a Buddhist village in the Himalayas at the age of just eighteen. This began a 15 year journey of self-discovery and study that culminated in me achieving 'distinction' honours in my life coaching diploma and starting my own practice.

Why should our clients choose you?
It’s really important that you take your time and do the research when choosing a coach. Most coaches will give you at least an hour of their time for free in order to talk through your issue. Use this time to see if you get a good feeling from them, but also make sure you get into the specifics of how they intend to get you to your desired outcome. If I think I can work with a client after our initial chat then I like to send them a detailed Personal Development Plan.
