Phil intuitively knew how to cut through any of the imaginary fears and self doubts I had; but he did it with sincerity and compassion. I have been seeing Phil for quite a few months now. Before this I had tried several NHS services. While these were useful they all had time limits and restrictive methods. I have found seeing Phil much more useful. I have made real progress in the time I have spent with Phil, week by week we cover what is most pressing to myself and Phil adapts his technique to what is being covered. People. Changing people's lives and view of themselves. Enabling people to do things they would never have dreamed possible. This could be you as well!

Every one of us is different and individual, in our sorrows, our joys, our hang-ups, our needs. Some people need short term work, some need long term work, some just pointing in the right direction so they can fly. I am happy to work with you, my reader today, in any of these ways.

When I was desperately ill with M.E. in the late 1980s, I met a man who seemed to know more about me than I did. He has been my teacher and life guide ever since.

Because there are not many other Senior Clinician Psychotherapists in Preston - or even Lancashire - and certainly no-one with an Integrative Transpersonal training and outlook that encompasses the whole of the human being.
And, because, at sixty-seven years of age, I have had a lot of time to think things through, as well as having a lot of very varied life-experience. Fortunately for everyone, and particularly myself, I have come to some rather positive conclusions about life!
