After an internet search for local insurance providers, I happened to contact Mike Rousseau late on a Thursday night to inquire about home and auto coverage which was set to expire with another provider in two days. Early the next day, I had better coverage at a lower cost for our five cars and house along with a needed umbrella policy. He did a fantastic job for me on a very short timeline. As anyone know insurance stuff is about as fun to deal with as going to the dentist. Unfortunately it’s a part of being an adult. I recently got married so I reached out to Mike Rousseau just to see what our options were with coverage and maybe saving some money. Throughout our time with Phil Klein Insurance Group we dealt with Crystal Bishop. We were so impressed with how Crystal handled our questions and her overall helpfulness with our search for better rates impressed us to the point that we decided to switched, no matter what.If you are like me, and do not have an in-depth knowledge of various insurance options and terminology I would highly suggest talking to Crystal Bishop. She routinely took the time to explain the different options, as well as what risks we would or wouldn’t be taking by going with them.
