Phil was our wedding photographer, coming highly recommended by a family member. His professional approach is second to none, and when I received my photos, delighted, excited, thrilled, tearful describe my emotions! On the day, nothing was too much trouble - his patience is unmeasurable - dealing with large family group shots, then taking sneaky wee portraits for the natural look! We hired Phil as our wedding photographer after having a look at his sample photobooks. I am so glad that Phil had availability and was able to shoot our wedding, the pictures are beyond amazing, and we have had so many compliments on them! Phil is friendly, professional and listens to what you want - he's great with kids, adults and grannies alike and we are over the moon with our wedding pictures ❤ I recently recommended Phil to a friend who had been let down at the last minute by her photographer for a newborn baby shoot and they have done nothing but praise Phil's work since receiving their photos! There are absolutely no words to describe the incredible professionalism of Phil as he captured our wedding day photographs. All of our guests could not speak anymore highly of him also, he just blended in like one of them. Phil's time keeping skills were impeccable and we were even ahead of schedule due to his clear and concise timeline. We were very laid back about what form of photography we were looking for, but from the professional photographs we have already saw, I am so overwhelmed. He has captured so many special moments from our day. Despite Phil not feeling 100% on the day, he was an absolute trooper and continued with his work to the highest standards. We booked Phil to photograph our wedding on the 4th July. We had a great consultation with him before the wedding where he found out exactly what we were looking for. We are absolutely delighted with the photos that Phil has taken as they capture our day perfectly. So many of our guests commented on how unobtrusive Phil was and how easy he was to work with. Phil has been so amazing to work with, a genuinely nice guy with a phenomenal talent! From our consultation, to our engagement shoot and then our wedding day, he made us feel so at ease and like we'd known him forever! At our wedding guests commented on how easy he was to work with and how nice it was to see how much he enjoyed working with everyone. Our photographs are phenomenal, so amazing! We couldn't recommend Phil more highly. He is such a lovely guy that we feel we've gained a friend as well as wedding photographs we love.
We met a year ago when he photographed a family event and were so impressed with his relaxed approach that we asked him that day to photograph our wedding.
At our engagement shoot, we had a good chat about our wedding day and what exactly we were looking for. We really appreciated his attention to detail at this point.
On the day, Phil was wonderful at putting everyone at ease. Our guests commented that he was so unobtrusive that they felt able to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling self-conscious. We were amazed at how quickly he ticked off our lengthy list of family shots and we had great fun with him during our couple shots.

When Sarah and I got engaged, probably the first thing that was decided was that we would have Phil as our wedding photographer.
During our consultation he helped plan out the timeline of our entire day and ensured it was tailored to exactly what we wanted. In the engagement shoot he made everything feel completely natural and relaxed. He has an easy-going personality and seems to effortlessly direct people to where they need to be during all the hustle and bustle of the wedding day. Phil photographed our wedding last week and we could not have wished for a better photographer. From our very first meetings he had us relaxed and excited about our wedding photos and he definitely didn’t disappoint! On the day he quickly became part of our wedding party and everyone commented on how nice a guy he was! He didn’t once make it feel forced/staged and it never felt like he was in the way. He made the whole process easy and took all the stress and worry away for us. And the final photos are just what I would have dreamed of, I love showing them off and it’s so important that we had picked the right photographer because after all, the photos are one of the few things you have left once the day is finished with.
