It was clear that Ken and Carol were our preferred choice from the first communication we had with them. Our requests and timings were carefully considered and mapped in to a suitable package that they offered for us.

The original date was cancelled due to covid, but delaying the wedding and the videography was no issue. This helped our stress levels massively!

Before the big day we met Ken and Carol at the church for rehearsal and a chat. They made us feel at ease and their professionalism shone through.

On the day, they worked tirelessly and seamlessly to capture every moment in great detail. We loved having them there and they felt more like guests than anything. Carol even helped the bride with the rather long train…

We received our dvds and USB as expected and are very happy with the film they have put together. Everything we wanted has been dealt with.

Ken and Carol were amazing from start to finish. They captured every moment of our special day for us to remember! They both made us feel at ease and they knew exactly what they we’re doing. Well what can I say? Just first class service and professionalism from Ken and his lovely wife. Our wedding was postponed 3 times due to Covid but Ken moved our dates as required and nothing was too much trouble. We got married on 12th September 2021 and would 100% recommend Ken and carol as videographers. We have waited 2 years for our special day, changing the date twice. They were completely understanding and so so helpful. Throughout the day you could see them working away, but didn’t feel intrusive at all. Looking at the final copy of the dvd we wanted to make some alterations and Ken has been more than helpful doing this. I booked phase 5 probably over 2 years ago now. They have constantly been understanding when changing my date and been so helpful throughout the whole process.
They kept in touch from start to finish. They were very friendly and approachable on the day of the wedding and now I have seen the final thing I am amazed. They have done a fantastic job, they knew just the right little details to film and it has made the video create so many special memories.

I would highly recommend ken and Carol. They are the dream team, nothing is too much trouble and they captured our day perfectly. The service we received from Ken and Carol was absolutely second to none ! From the initial meeting, right through to the final edit the communication was great ! Before our big day a very awkward victor put restrictions in place, and ken and carol did there bets to work
around these (even though it made there job much harder!) On the day, I can’t really remember seeing them very much but they must have been there hence our amazing video. They just blended into the background and captured all the special parts of the day! Almost a year on we are looking back at our day using the video and all our friends and family are so happy with how it was captured ! After deciding on having our daughters wedding on DVD, to compliment the photographer, we contacted Phase 5 productions and arranged to meet them to discuss the packages on offer. Ken & Carol are both lovely people and from the initial meeting were very professional, dedicated and helpful in making my daughters day very special. During the day Ken & Carol made everybody feel comfortable, blended into the background and worked really well, in tandem with the photographer to produce a spectacular finished product, which all the family are having a copy of. Ken not only filmed the 1st dance, which was part of the package but also stayed on to film the father / daughter dance and one other in his own time. The DVD was produced very quickly and we were kept informed throughout the process. john decided he wanted our wedding day on video , i was little unsure but agreed , gosh I m so glad i did , ken and carol just blended into the back ground we didn't know they were there. they worked well with the 2 photographers ensure they both got the best shots . we are delighted with the end result, which show cases what a spectacular day it was and of course we get to see what our guest got up to too !! we are showing the video at local club in 2 weeks time , so all our guest and friend get to see it , ken was really helpful in setting this up . we have watched it about 6 times now and get so emotional, so glad i agreed to the wedding day being filmed , made me feel like a princess . the deal represents excellent value , very professional and i would highly recommend phase 5 productions thank you both More...

Phase 5 Productions filmed our wedding in June. Ken and Carol were lovely and we had a great day with them. They were truly dedicated to getting the best film they could and were most helpful in aiding the photographer get some great shots whilst filming alongside him. Prior to the big day we were a little worried that it might be a little intense to have a photographer and 2 videographers there all day but Ken and Carol made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and blended in seamlessly with our guests. We have recently received the finished product and we were absolutely over the moon with it. Ken kept us up to date throughout the process and was more than happy to make a few minor alterations after sending the first copy to us to check we were happy before sending the additional copies.
