Arranged for my boiler to be fixed with this company so I took a day off work to be home. Nobody showed up. No phone call. We finally arranged another time however nobody showed up that day so after finally getting in contact after calling and calling, we arranged another date ( I took another day off work ). Again no-one contacted me to say they couldn't make it. I was left with no hot water for over a week and had to call another company. I have young children and we were forced to use a kettle to warm up a bath. More...
