I'm so glad I came across Sarah's card. She was able to look after my cat Bluebell when I went away even at short notice. Sarah sent me regular updates and pictures of Bluebell whilst I was away and I came home to a happy and contented cat . So much better than sending her to a cattery! I contacted Petz Need Company at extremely short notice as my neighbour was no longer able to feed my cat whilst I was on holiday.
Sarah phoned me back straight away and was absolutely brilliant. She came over to meet me the next day and collect the keys. She was so friendly and professional. She texted me during the week to give me updates on how my cat was doing, which was so reassuring.
When I arrived back from holiday I can honestly say I've never seen my cat look so relaxed and happy. You could tell she'd been so well looked after. She'd been fed and played with every day for at least 30 minutes. I was so impressed with Sarah's professionalism, flexibility and friendly approach, and I would not hesitate in using her services again. She'll be the first person I call to look after my cat from now on. I highly recommend her!!

I had to go away for a few days suddenly, I had one one to look after my cat jess and didnt want to rely on neighbours. Sarah very kindly stepped in to help me out even on such short notice.
Jess was vey well looked after fed & watered so to speak, sarah is totally reliable, trustworthy and would definatly recommend her to anybody in need of animal care. Thank you again.

Impressive Solutions
We were going on holiday for 10 days, our 5 year old cat usually goes to family for the period, but the move upsets her so we we gave Petz Need Company a call.
Sarah visited gerry twice a day to ensure her needs were seen to, we arrived home to a happy cat and looked after house.
We will use Petz Need Company again when we go on holiday as we know everything is going to be well looked after.
