Very clean and most important is that they are passionate about their animals. I went to many other pet store but never felt comfortable buying an animal because they were in dirty cages and many didn't look healthy. It was a little pricey than the other stores but I prefer trusting the store than the price. Will definitely go back for supplies. More...

The best pet shop I’ve ever been to the staff are really nice friendly helpful people who know what they are talking about and are always happy to help. Brilliant. Got our bearded dragon there and always get the live food every week. Best lizard and bird stuff anywhere in Harlow. Lizard live food is bred there and can't be any fresher. The birds are all tame and are stunning. Don't go to any other pet shop as these guys are cheaper and the quality is far superior to anyone else round here. More...
